CEMPRO_RT - Data acquisition and flow display model

  Pegasus Vertex developed CEMPRO_RT to simulate the fluid displacement for cementing or stimulating operations. User can see the fluids displacing each other and important parameters such as pump pressure, flow rates, etc. Many potential problems can be identified on site and appropriate modifications can be made.

Technical features:

     Data to be collected: 3 pump rates, 2 densities, 2 pressures
     3 main functions:
      (1) Data recording only
      (2) Real time simulation w/ wellbore
      (3) Old data replay (no flow animation)
     Flow paths:
      (1) Pump down tubing
      (2) Pump down annulus
      (3) Forward circulation
      (4) Reverse circulation
     Wellbore schematic / flow animation and charts can be displayed in dual monitors, so that user can view both.
     User can click one button to identify new fluids and/or new stages.
     Database storage for easy retrieval
